HOW IT WORKS
Diagnose the current roster and constraints
We audit your roster composition, rotation patterns, and on-court tendencies to identify what is structurally missing, what is redundant, and what cannot be fixed without changing roles. We align on constraints up front: budget, import rules, contract timelines, development priorities, and coaching preferences.
Define identity scenarios grounded in winning patterns
We build a small set of identity pathways tailored to your league context, based on how winning teams generate advantage (pace vs control, spacing vs rim pressure, switchability, shot profile, creation hierarchy). Each scenario translates into clear role specifications and lineup principles, so identity becomes operational, not aspirational.
Translate identity into targets and a decision plan
We deliver prioritized shortlists by role, with fit rationale, risk flags, and tradeoffs explicitly stated. You also get scenario comparisons (what you gain, what you give up) and a practical action plan for the offseason: sequencing of moves, must-haves vs nice-to-haves, and fallback options if primary targets fail.
